If you are in our local area, you may order and purchase your items online and then pick-up your order at our class location. Our current class location is:

Our class day is Mondays and classes run from 10-4pm. We do not have classes on holidays.

SHIPPING "NEW" ITEMS
"New" and "Used" items are shipped separately. If all items you are purchasing are in stock in one of our warehouses they will ship out within 2 business days. If an item is not in stock and on backorder, you will be notified within 24 hours. We ship all items together. If some items are not available due to being on backorder, you will have the choice to ship your products we have in stock and cancel the other item(s) not available and be refunded the amount of those items, or hold your order until they come in. If you choose to ship what is in stock now and also ship what is on order, you will be charged an additional shipping fee.
In most cases, we can provide an estimated arrival date of on backorder items in our warehouse. This is subject to change and is not guaranteed, as the publisher provides an estimated arrival date.

SHIPPING "USED" ITEMS
"New" and "Used" items are shipped separately. Your total purchase is included when calculating shipping costs. You will not be charged shipping twice.
SPECIAL SHIPPING ORDERS

RETURNS ON "USED" PURCHASES
Returns on "used" items are ONLY permitted if we have misrepresented an item you have purchased from our website, we will pay the shipping rate for that item, both ways. The item to be returned must be in the same condition it was when shipped to you.
RETURNS ON "NEW" PURCHASES
